  2. Initial Response (3–5 Business Days)
    We will review your inquiry and respond with:

    • A consultation link (for commissions)

    • A media kit (for press requests)

    • Or next steps for collaboration

  3. Consultation Phase (If Applicable)
    Custom design inquiries require a paid consultation.
    50% of the consultation fee is applied toward the final contract if you move forward.

  4. Formal Proposal & Timeline
    Larger projects receive:

    • Scope outline

    • Estimated timeline

    • Payment structure

    • Contract agreement
